Everything you need to know about ClickCalorie.
Tap the closest meal size when you eat
Choose from Sip (50 cal), Bite (150 cal), Snack (300 cal), Meal (500 cal), or Feast (900 cal) — whichever is closest to what you just had.
Don't sweat exact numbers
Use the fine-tune buttons (+10, +25, −10, −25) if you need to adjust. Rough estimates are the whole point — this isn't a food journal.
Check your ring
The ring shows your calories eaten vs. your daily goal. Set a custom goal or leave it at the 2,000 cal default.
It resets at midnight
Your count clears automatically every night. Start fresh each morning.
Is ClickCalorie free?
Yes. The core tracker is completely free — no account required. Open the site and start logging instantly.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. By default, your daily total is stored in your browser. Create a free account only if you want your data to sync across multiple devices.
Does it reset every day automatically?
Yes. Your calorie count resets at midnight each night. No manual clearing needed — it's always a fresh day when you open it.
How is ClickCalorie different from apps like MyFitnessPal or Lose It?
Those apps require you to search a food database, scan barcodes, and log every ingredient. ClickCalorie skips all of that — you tap a rough size, get a rough number, and move on. It's for people who want awareness without obsession.
What is ClickCalorie Pro?
Pro unlocks 30-day history charts, streaks, protein and carb tracking, and a monthly calendar view. It's a paid add-on for people who want to see patterns over time.
Is there a mobile app?
ClickCalorie is a web app that works on any phone browser. You can add it to your home screen from Safari or Chrome for an app-like experience — no App Store needed.
How accurate is the calorie tracking?
Not very — and that's intentional. ClickCalorie is for rough daily awareness, not precise measurement. If you're eating roughly 1,800 cal instead of 2,500, this will show you that. For clinical precision, use a food scale and a full nutrition database.
